Φ1250 Spool take up

1. Diameter of spool flange: 1250mm. Detail drawing shall be provided by buyer, or recommended by seller with buyer’s confirmation
2. Max. combination weight of spool and product wire: 3000 kg
3. Motor power: 37kw (VFD type)
4. Driving thimble is driven by a motor via a powerful belt. Belt tension is adjustable. The driven thimble’s fasten or loosen is controlled by a hydraulic-cylinder
5. A hydraulic station is included with. a hydraulic cylinder for spool loading and unloading
6. The take-up traverse unit adopts AC frequency conversion screw rod way. Traversing speed is changing as the change of main motor speed

Spool pay-off

1. Diameter of spool: Φ1400. Detailed drawing should be provided by buyer, or recommended by seller with buyer’s confirmation

2. Max. combination weight of spool and raw wire: 5000 kg

3. Driven tension pay-off, and the tension is adjustable

4. A hydraulic station is included with a hydraulic cylinder for spool loading and unloading

5. Pay-off is automatically left-right step-moving, to adjust suitable angle to pay off wires
